Hult Fritz Matuszak is looking for a motivated self-starter to help lead key client relationships. A good mix of b-to-c and b-to-b experience preferred. Must be motivated to seek out and foster new relationships for the agency as well as be skilled with client interaction and project management. Must have strong organizational, written and verbal Active outdoor avocations are a bonus for consideration. The successful candidate must be well versed in integrating traditional and digital media executions.
Responsibilities include:
- Leadership role on new business development
- Ownership of client relationships
- Leadership involvement with creative and production teams
- Development of integrated strategies for traditional and digital success
- Management and Presentation of creative concepts
- Create, manage and communicate project timelines and budgets
- Maintain client status reports, project timelines and other reporting
- Ability to create strategies relevant to client business needs and then convert and implement strategic plans into tactical ones
- Strategic thought leadership, and experience developing and implementing marketing strategy and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills, with experience creating and delivering a variety of tests to implement successful marketing programs
- Creative thinker with strong customer focus, passion to innovate, take risks and challenge business as usual
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years relevant account management experience within an ad agency or in-house agency environment
- Individuals should be familiar with website development, web creative and analytics
- Willingness and ability to do what it takes to see project through to completion
- Demonstrated ability to work as in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and within a constantly changing environment
