As an independent shop we have exhibited steady stable growth and offer a unique environment for qualified candidates. We develop marketing communications for regional, national and international B2C and B2B clients in a variety of industries.

The work will involve developing production art for a wide variety of advertising and collateral materials as well as select electronic media. Duties include: building mechanicals, uploading files, creating versions (black plate and 4C), pre-flight and quality control of files, some Photoshop retouching and image work.

Job Requirements
A history of working with a fast-paced team, clear understanding of pre-press and color separations, experience working quickly modifying existing designs into multiple sizes and formats, basic web revisions, ability to solve problems and maintain an organized file/archive structure. Mac OSX expertise in: InDesign, Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and PowerPoint. Dreamweaver and Flash a plus. HTML and CSS knowledge a plus. Basic network administrations skills a plus.

Must possess good communication skills, problem solving, teamwork, personal adaptability, personal motivation, excellent personal organization/time management skills, coupled with a high degree of accuracy

Work Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years in print/advertising agency required.

Education Requirements
Bachelor of Arts degree or technical school degree in Commercial Art or comparable discipline or extensive work related experience required
