Hult Fritz Matuszak is looking for a motivated self-starter to help lead key client relationships. A good mix of b-to-c and b-to-b experience preferred. Must be skilled with client interaction and project management. Must have strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Healthcare, optical or sport-related account experience a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Ownership of client relationships
• Leadership involvement with creative and production teams
• Strategy development and communication
• Management and Presentation of creative concepts
• Create, manage and communicate project timelines and budgets
• Maintain client status reports, project timelines and other reporting

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years relevant account management experience within an ad agency or in-house agency environment
• Willingness and ability to do what it takes to see project through to completion
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines
