Okay, the work is done and everyone has seen it. Or have they? That's important to know. We will follow up and make sure the work has done the job it was supposed to do.

Did the media reach the intended targets? If not, why not?

Did the creative help change audience perceptions of your brand? If so, how so?

When we talk to people about the work, we find out what they thought: Did you see it, read it, understand it? Did it change how you felt or reinforce how you felt? Did you believe it? We want to know everything.

We understand that creating "effective marketing" means more than just hitting the numbers. Numbers are important. Numbers justify things. But just as important is how your marketing and advertising affect attitudes toward your company and your brands.
