The Challenge:
How do we encourage the choice of Saint Anthony’s Health Center for birthing services in a community where the majority of health plans allow a choice between facilities for childbirth, and where two-thirds of the local OBs practice at both hospitals?

The Solution:
By playing off of the Health Center’s tagline “Innovation. Commitment. Compassion.” to tout the innovation of Saint Anthony’s birthing suites, providing many of the comforts of home, yet equipped with the latest medical advancements to ensure a safe delivery; the commitment of Saint Anthony’s Women’s Pavilion staff, who average 15 or more years at Saint Anthony’s and are committed to ongoing neonatal credentialing; and the compassion provided through Saint Anthony’s Healthy Beginnings program – beginning at pre-registration and continuing through the post-partum home visit program.
