Hult Fritz Matuszak is looking for a talented digital expert to help drive the integration of digital and traditional media strategies. The ideal candidate should be well versed in all forms of digital media including but not limited to: paid search, digital display, mobile media, social media and search engine optimization. Additionally that individual should be familiar with web site development, web creative and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help uncover market insights that lead to big brand ideas and help implement them across media and technology platforms (including internet, offline, mobile, video, emerging and future technologies)
- Ingeniously integrate insight data (obtained by primary and secondary research) and client objectives into integrated brand strategy and creative execution
- Collaborate with clients + internal partners to generate ideas and strategies that utilize innovative, emerging media/technologies
- Create strategies that activate advertising campaigns across all digital touchpoints, in collaboration with account team
- Provide analysis and recommendations based on campaign performance, across digital media (SEM, banners, paid campaigns), Social media, sites, and digital content
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience with developing digital and social media strategies either as part of a bigger program or as stand alone initiatives
- Expertise in identifying and forecasting emerging trends in the industry
- Ability to convert and implement strategic plans into tactical ones
- Strategic thought leadership, and experience developing and implementing marketing strategy and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills, with experience creating and delivering a variety of tests to implement successful marketing programs
- Creative thinker with strong customer focus, passion to innovate, take risks and challenge business as usual
- Develop, manage and continuously monitor the Digital strategy based on knowledge of web analytics/digital marketing through the evaluation of data combined with strategic goals
- Experience managing and coordinating multiple digital marketing projects across internal teams and client relationships
- Willingness and ability to do what it takes to see project through to completion
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working under tight deadline
- Certification as a Google AdWords Qualified Individual preferred
